We are thrilled to announce the release of OpalOPC 5.0.0, which significantly changes how OpalOPC is developed and used. Embracing collaboration and transparency, OpalOPC is now available under the GPLv2 license, making it completely free and open source. This major update also eliminates telemetry and licensing requirements, ensuring enhanced privacy and ease of use. We believe that as a free tool, OpalOPC will bring the most benefit to our community.

Licensing removed
OpalOPC is now free and no longer requires license. Our EULA has been updated accordingly.
Telemetry removed
All telemetry in OpalOPC has been disabled. Further improvements of the scanner rely on user feedback and contributions. Our Privacy Policy has been updated accordingly.
